With a combined experience of 40 years in estate agency (selling properties, land, farms & smallholdings), Calow Evans Limited was founded in 2021 by Helen & Dana Calow to provide a personal & professional service as we appreciate that all customers have expectations and endeavour to provide a tailored service to all.
A family run business, both born & raised in the Ammanford & Amman Valley area with extensive local knowledge, we provide a ‘no sale, no fee service, out of hours appointments and free market appraisals.

Helen Calow
A former branch partner & manager in an established estate agency where Helen was very successful in her role. Helen has been in the industry since 2000 and has gained a wealth of knowledge & experience - not only in properties, her knowledge also extends to land, smallholdings, farms & some commercial properties. An experienced valuer, negotiator - Helen thrives being in a busy environment and goes above and beyond to ensure that customers needs are met.
In her spare time, Helen enjoys spending time with family and her beloved Bullmastiff, Vinnie.

Dana Calow
Dana began her career in estate agency in 2007, winning many awards whilst working for an established & local estate agency. A true people person, Dana delivers high quality customer service with sales chasing being one of her strengths which ensures that sales move forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. Dana also has vast local knowledge, an experienced valuer and negotiator ensuring that the client receives the best price for their property.

Nicola Blake
We welcomed Nicola to the company in October 2021 where we valued her professional approach and passion from properties from the beginning. Nicola has thrived in her work environment and has developed excellent negotiating skills and customer service. A fantastic asset to the company, Nicola enjoys the outdoors as she spent most of her childhood riding & competing horses.
In her spare time, Nicola also enjoys spending time with family & friends, walking and keeping fit.

Emily Taylor
We welcomed Emily to the Calow Evans Team in 2025, Emily works on the weekends as our viewing assistant. In her spare time Emily Enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Sales Negotiator
Nia Jones
Nia joined the Calow Evans team in October 2025 and has been picking things up quickly. Before starting her career in estate agency, she worked in a hair salon, where she developed strong customer service skills. Nia loves working at Calow Evans, particularly meeting new people and helping clients find their perfect home, something she truly thrives on.
Outside of work, Nia enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing cricket, and reading.
Marketing Manager
Jac Griffiths
Jac joined the Calow Evans team in October 2025, as our marketing manager. With a strong background in marketing management, Jac is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals by delivering real results and turning followers into loyal customers.
When he’s not busy creating and editing impactful content, Jac loves spending time with family and friends and supporting the local charity Joseph’s Smile. In recognition of his community work, he proudly received a Community Champion Award in September 2025.
